Music rental license

USE AND PURPOSE.  The rented material is to be used for performance only for the quantity of performances you have paid for. You may obtain additional rental licenses at any time subject to payment of the rental fee. The fees charged do not include the right to stage or choreograph the Work.  The materials may not be used for broadcast, recording, transcription, synchronization or any other use whatsoever without a written license from Agent.

SYNCHRONIZATION (VIDEO STREAMING) IS NOT PERMITTED UNLESS YOU HAVE ACQUIRED A SYNCHRONIZATION LICENSE.

MODIFICATION. Licensee may modify the Work with respect to duration or by modifying the instrumentation forces to accommodate the available players. Licensee shall not have the right to otherwise modify, edit, or alter the Work.

PERFORMING LICENSE.   Fees quoted do not include performance fees.  It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary performance licenses, such as from ASCAP.  PUBLIC PERFORMANCE WITHOUT A LICENSE IS AN INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHT, even if rental fees have been paid.

PROPERTY.   The performance materials (score and parts in PDF format), which are acquired separately from this rental license, may not be sold, loaned or otherwise transferred to any other party. The materials are always the property of the copyright holder and are loaned to you electronically to facilitate your use.

REPRODUCTIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS.   No portion of the materials you acquire may be copied or reproduced in any form without the written permission of Agent.  No arrangements, transcriptions or alterations of this Work may be made without the written permission of the Agent.

CANCELLATION.   In the event that you do not perform the Work, no refunds will be given.

USE WITHOUT A LICENSE IS UNAUTHORIZED. THIS LICENSE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.

VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE TERMS IS AN INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHT AND DETRIMENTAL TO THE COMPOSER AND PUBLISHER. USE OF THE MATERIALS INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS.

Synchronization license

USE AND PURPOSE.  You, the Licensee, are hereby granted the non-exclusive right and license to make one (1) video recording of the use the work and use this one recording in synchronization with, and to distribute it on in a streaming manner via the internet, your web site and social media platforms. All rights to the Work other than those specifically granted herein are reserved by Licensor.  By way of illustration but not limitation, Licensee shall not have the right to make multiple recordings of the Work; Licensee may not sell or use the Work separately; and Licensee shall not have the right to edit, alter or otherwise modify the Work except as otherwise provided for in the music rental license.

AUDIO FILES. Included with this license is permission to use any or all of the audio files obtained at the time of acquiring this license, such as the click track or backing track, only for the express purpose of facilitating the above stated use and purpose.

PERFORMANCE MATERIALS.   Permission to use the performance materials (score and parts in PDF format) must be obtained separately via a music rental license, upon payment of an additional fee. USE IS NOT PERMITTED UNLESS YOU HAVE ACQUIRED A RENTAL LICENSE.

PROPERTY. The audio files and performance materials are always the property of the copyright holder and are loaned to you electronically for the express purpose of facilitating the above stated use and purpose only, and may not be sold, loaned or otherwise transferred to any other party.
